Cancellation Policy
Due to a high volume of No Shows and Late Cancellations our company policies have changed.
Salon Alchemy will reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charge 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. We require confirmation that you would like to cancel your appointment via phone or email.
Less than 24 hours notice is considered a Late Cancellation and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be a No Show and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). To secure another appointment, the No Show balance must be paid in full prior to booking.
Appointments booked within 24-hour period are still subject to the Cancellation/No Show policy.
As a courtesy we provide confirmation by both email and SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide your full scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time available, however a 100% payment of scheduled service will be paid. Salon Alchemy reserves the right to refuse service to any one at any time.
